Aeration

Hard, compacted soil simply does not provide an ideal environment for your turf to thrive.  The result is poor drainage, shallow grass roots, and unsightly weeds.  Aeration is the process of removing 3-4 inch deep plugs throughout your lawn, allowing oxygen, water, and nutrients to penentrate into your soil.  Deeper, stronger roots result in a thicker, greener lawn!  It’s recommended to aerate annually in the fall, however with clay dense soil in the midwest, we recommend a spring aeration in Kansas City as well.  Add overseeding to the service for even better results!
